I am glad to see some reactions among the zoners community. Thank you for your answers.
Just to make myself clear:
I don't mean we should bring a military support to GMG against Kusari. Our role must remain pacific.
Regarding the use of our technology, I perfectly agree with Gregorius Adagio, it must be used only for self defense.
Thus, the support I am talking about is an economic and humanitarian assistance, exaclty like Viriato did when he exports H-Fuel from Okinawa.
Gregorius, I agree with you, I should have addressed this message to zoners doing business in Kusari. I can understand zoners that never come in this area of Sirius are not directly concerned. I also agree that we have partial information about the conflict but the Samura vessel was transporting artifacts in GMG space which is an offense to GMG because artifacts are linked to Corsairs and GMG is hostile to Corsairs. I assume that Samura should comply with local laws and not offend its neighbor as we do in House space.
Regarding diplomacy, if you (Gregorius) have contacts and/or skill for it, then I encourage you to help in that way and find a peaceful issue in the current Kusari-GMG conflict. This is indeed a good idea. Also if you want to share your vision of zoners way regarding House governments I would be interested to listen to you.
I hope my intention are clearer now. I don't want war.
Dankien
Dear Dankien, i am but a templar.
I dedicated my life to the protection of our holy sanctum.
I spend my days commanding the Metaxas, ensuring our system remain safe. Not like i'm the only one doing it, though.
*He shakes his head and then chuckles* I don't even have time to find a wife, how could i have time to learn the subtilities of diplomacy.
My brother and I inherited the strict character of our ancestors, i guess.
As per your other question... My vision is quite pragmatic.
My descendants aren't from one of the four major houses. I tend to ignore what happens there, as long as it doesn't threat our safety.
Work with the houses? Bear their bold moves? Accept to be thrown out of Pennsylvania? Join a war?
What matters in the end regarding a move is what you can gain, and what you can lose.
Well... *He chuckles* When we talk about narrow-minded soldiers...
I'm sure Mr. Triton or Mr. Holliday would have a different opinion.
23's, dear friend.

Sitting in a lounge.....somewhere..., he sits alone by a window, looking into space over a cup of coffee. Reading the transmission by his old friend, Dankien, he is troubled.
Dankien, fellow Zoners, I've been away on a personal mission but I'm not so busy that I can't respond.
He sighes
I'm disturbed and my feelings and emotions are a large whirlewind over this. I find myself caught between an Emperor who has shown the people of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners with a great deal of respect and our good friend and allies of the Gas Miners Guild that have long given us the support of their equipment and fuel. I also have one other issue at hand. Everyone knows that my wife, Midori, is a native of Honshu and that we visit her family there frequently. What isn't known about her is that she to this day does a lot of secretarial work for the Guild. He smiles I met her on Gas Miner Naha and often flew her home to Honshu.
He takes a sip of his coffee
Admittadely, I am quite ignorant to the now broken Treaty of Aomori. Let us not forget that during Kusari's war with the Rheinland, the Guild, through tactical genius in Sigma 13, used the gas clouds as a weapon. The litter of old Rheinland ships is testament to this. The GMG is hardly defenseless.
Another concern I have is Freeport 6. Kusari patrols frequent the base. While they have left the base alone, I fear that it would be a prime target for the Kusari Navy should they decide to retaliate for any actions from the Zoners. Commander Matok, the Administrator of the base, is quite capable but we've seen in the past what happens when groups take action against Zoners. Remember Freeport 9 and Freeport 1, even Freeport 11 and 5, all bombed or attacked by various people for various reasons.
So, Zoners, do I feel that we should help? I do. I just don't know the best way in which to do so. Until I return home, I must search my feelings.
He finishes. Sipping his coffee, he then turns back to the window and stares in obvious discomfort
Freeport 5, due to its political situation and lack of adequate resources, can not openly support any parties of the conflict, but we do not leave our friends from GMG without assistance.
Therefore we dispatch one of our two unmarked ships to supply GMG stations.
I am going to increase temporary the price that we are paying for H-fuel, from 1056$ to 1500$ to encourage a blockade runners. The difference - 444$/unit, will be paid directly to vessel account after we receive the proof of shipment.
I am glad to have some news from you, now I understand better your situation with Kusari. I knew that TAZ had a special relation with Kusari but I hadn't a precise idea of it. I can understand now it may be difficult to TAZ to officially support GMG so I won't blame you if TAZ role is smaller than other zoners. Obviously it is easier for Omicroners to help GMG because we have nothing to loose in Kusari and almost no contact with this House.
However, regarding TAZ relation with Kusari, I am curious to have your opinion on this:
Kusari government has many rules restricting traders, especially foreign traders. I can tell Kusari trade legislation is quite complex and more restricting that all the trade legislation of other Houses. I understand TAZ get many authorizations to trade quite freely among Kusari systems and Tau systems. About these facts, I think we can have 2 different points of view:
one can consider that Kusari government acts friendly with TAZ because he allows TAZ to trade like Kusari Corporation.
but one can also consider that Kusari gvt acts a little hostilely with foreign traders because he restricts largely their activities in Kusari space. Thus, in thatpoint of view Kusari acts neutral with TAZ.
I am not sure in which case you feel you are. I believe you have certainly additional information that could complete my vision of Kusari because I feel I am in the second case.
Dankien
PS Robert Pirx: good also to have some news from you. I am glad to see you will do your possible to help.
I am always here in Freeport 5. I'm doing my job, trying to not involve in big politics. The less noise the better business. Station is supplied well - due to monthly contracts with OSI - also is repaired and modernized recently: new gates, new reactor, and now a new project of radiation deflector. We deliver occasionally some supplies to Leon to keep Sails happy and quiet. Besides that, there is nothing so interesting about FP5. It is small post in remote system, on the way to big Theta.
We do some runs for GMG, because of we sell big amount of their H-Fuel, so they are our business partners, and also nice people, unlike those Kusari arrogant big-heads. That's all.

To: Dankien Moebus
Doc is again sitting by the window from which he sent his initial transmission
Mr. Moebus,
I've had some time to think. It's no secret, TAZ is by no means a military power and our combat pilots are few in number. Our bomber fleet is made up of Kaichous supplied by the Guild and we have an open policy to purchase them as needed. The Guild has been there for us and for that reason, I cannot turn a back to them. I will continue the deuterium runs into Okinawa as we always have. I really don't need to lecture you about Lanzerate. They NEED plutonium AND Mox shipments at least on a weekly basis. While Omega 49 isn't mine to run, I don't want to see hard working men and women out of work after a conflict stops supplies they so desperately need. To support the Guild, I will be paying a little extra to buy their goods and supply, free of charge, the goods they need.
As to TAZ relations with Kusari, I long ago got a verbal agreement from Jien Kogen himself that we would be able to continue shipping plutonium as we don't ship it through Kusari space outside of a small portion of Eastern Honshu. To this point, he has held his word not just to TAZ but to Zoners in general. In exchange, we agreed that Zoners would NOT ship it anywhere else. Again, as far as I know, we have held our end of the bargain.
As to hostility towards foreign traders, they are at war and I guess they just want to keep their goods from getting to the wrong people. I'm rather ignorant to the inner workings of Kusari politics.
And lets get one thing straight, TAZ gets no priviledge from Kusari. We just have a mutual level of respect, the same respect we share with Liberty, Bretonia and Rheinland. Yes, neutrality. My apprehension comes from my marriage. As we speak, Midori is still visiting family on Honshu and has been for some time. I don't want her trapped in the middle should things get ugly. No doubt she would put some of the blame on me.
So as I said earlier, I will give my support to the Guild by paying extra for their goods and donating what they need. I do hope this is a satisfactory arrangement to my Zoner brethren.

Fellow Zoners,
It is with not a small amount of proudness that I, the greatest of all present you today....the solution:
Together with an ORI scientist i developed a bomb that will end this war.
Let me present to you....
The Bomb of Collateral Damage (TBCD)
This masterpiece of engineering can be mounted on every Jinkusu. The total ammo load is limited to 901 units.
900 in the cargo hold and 1 in the launcher device.
One bomb is able to destroy half a planet the size of Harris (Tau 31). It also has lasting effects of radiation in this area and maybe a bit around it.
How do we know?
We tested it.
on Planet Harris.
The result was amazing.
However i would advise zoner transports to stay away from harris....a few thousand years...just to prevent any troubles that MIGHT appear.
The TBCD is built to destroy the major kusari planets and its inhabitants.
Once the kusarian people became extinct, the war is over and we can build up a large zoner territory inside the former kusari borders.
Some of you may have doubts but please let me show you a groundcam picture of our testrun on harris:
impressive isnt it?
we already begun the production and have 3500 units available so far.
Send your juggernauts to the livadia shipyard in oricron 74 for mounting a TBCD launcher.
Doc, we all know that you are currently very busy with a rather special case. But the important thing now is if you can spend some time and use your contact with the Emperor to end this madness.
Dakun about your bomb, my fri ..., no, bro ... less ... Dakun can sell your bomb to any of the Houses. And as always you have ceased to take your pills, there is no ORI whatever, remember you are in the Institution of Mental Diseases, XV Floor, Room 74, Gran Canaria. Do not play more with the communicator or the Doctor Bokenstein will put you a suppository.
