Bonnie stopped as Clyde raised his hand. It always amazed her how well Clyde could hear these things, she listened for a while, [color=#FF99FF] "Sounds like Alex has left.. Wonder what that was about."She stopped, waiting for Clyde to confirm the conversation between the two was over. "There is no other way around? Alex, I mean, I'm not worried about him, but Rufus might not appreciate me being out of there this early" Bonnie shook her head,"I'm not going back there, they will have to do more then restrain me to keep me there."
"Alright, sounds like a plan. "[color=#000000] She smiled, as they started heading towards the hanger. Bonnie lit a cigarette and looked over at Clyde, still wondering what had happened while he was gone.
"You aren't going to tell me what happened are you?"She shrugged, and carried on walking, and took another puff on her cigarette, hoping Clyde wouldn't notice that not knowing what was going on actually bothered her.
Samantha docked her ship with the Intruder. It's so beautiful she thought to herself. She stepped out of the Requisition, and onto the bridge of the
Intruder.[color=#FFCCFF] I wonder where that man is, the one from the posters.. She looks at a map, and decides to have a look at the bar. She sees an empty seat, next
to some people having a conversation, and sits up next to them. [color=#FFCCFF]I would like your sweetest drink you have cutey she said to the bartender.
Clyde and Bonnie turned and walked the way they had come, catching snippets of Rufus and Alex' conversation
"kidnapped... message... something" in what sounded likes Rufus' serious and deadly tone.
"Let's just pretend we didn't hear that, eh Luv'?"Clyde beckoned over his shoulder with his thumb,"let's not get caught up in the politics. I guess that lass won't be about long."
They came to the viewing platform that over looks the landing bay. The remnants of the crash landing earlier were being hurriedly cleaned away, and what appeared to be Bonnies Stinger sitting in the corner, bits of her ship that made it into the Intruder piled up on it.
They noticed a new ship on the deck."Who's that vessel?"He queried Bonnie thinking she'd know
[font=Times New Roman]"Let's just pretend we didn't hear that, eh Luv'?" [color=#000000]Bonnie nodded, "Yeah, I kinda fail at the political stuff, If I can't shoot 'em, why bother."They got to the hanger and Bonnie laughed as she saw the remainder of her ship. "Damn, they weren't kidding! ... I guess Ill have to like, acquire another one at some point, soon-ish. There is no way I'm gunna get Zack to fix this.."
"Who's that vessel?"Bonnie looked around, spotting the ship Clyde was taking about and shrugged. "Beats me. Wanna go find out?" She grinned, thinking it could be amusing, before putting a hand on Clyde's shoulder to keep her balance, muttering something about a sudden burst of dizziness and how unfair it was. After a moment of her being silent she looked at Clyde with a slight grin, "So, shall we?"
[font=Times New Roman]"My my, so what you think you are gunna be flying now?" [color=#000000]Bonnie grinned. "I'm sure a shipyard somewhere will have one... lying around, that they don't need any more. Ill.. uh.. Borrow yours till then"
She looked over the ship after Clyde and shrugged. "Beats me. We really should go find out. I want to know what they are doing in our home, and if I can shoot 'em." She looked at Clyde and pulled the best puppy-dog face she could"Come on... Lets go..."
Alex returned to the Intruder and docked his eagle before climbing out. He sighed and shook his head before walking over to Bonnie and Clyde.
"I'm going to need you two in the breifing room now... Zack too. It's important." His tone was near emotionless alluding to the fact that something serious had happened although the young man offered no further insight as to what.
Without another word he walked away. The rest of what he had to say was best left to be said in the privacy of the briefing room.
