My name is David Harris. I am a shipper for Interspace Commerce who pilots a transport under the callsign of "Aqua.Snake". There really isn't much to know about me, other than that I'm an Interspace employee looking to make a fair amount of money in the most legal of ways possible.

As you may know, we have started large scale trade operations to and from Bretonia. We would like to open the roads to military goods in order to support the war effort against Kusari.
Our main interest would be to supply Sunderland Resaerch station in Nuclear Devices from Helogoland, Sigma 13.
We take care of our own security under our Guild's permanent contract so you can be assured those devices wont fall in the wrong hands.
As for Sunderland, we will make our affair to be able to unload the required goods one way or another. We only need the authorisation from the BAF to do so.
