I don't think this rule changed a thing at all. I mean, how many people used to file several reports a day ?

YOu'd be surprised.

I want to get off Mr. Igiss' wild ride.

I have never filed one before. Rony (?) kindly pointed me at the template and I used it. There is nothing complex or gray at all about my particular sanction request. RedXIII attacked a brand new character completely outside of multiple basic rules. Further study of the Sanctions forum shows me that this is not the first time RedXIII has been sanctioned for rules violation either.

I sometimes notify the reporter if the report is rejected. I don't do this every time though. Most often I'll do it if the reporter is new and doesn't understand the rule.
