Good Day,
As a Citizen of Republic of Liberty, I'd like to invoke to civilian right of fair investigation,
Two officers of LSF, Caitlyn Wright and Virginia Brinson
and
Two officers od Liberty Navy LNS_Captain._ini_[NL] and LNS-Albania
commited a crime against me as a free man and citizen of Liberty
- by exposure to my health and life at risk.
In case of Liberty Officers I'd like to add an accusation of act of terror,
in face of fact that They open fire without any warning.
Adictional Data saved from both explosions: <LSF Accident>
Thank you for bringing this terrible drunkard to the Navy's attention. He was obviously gravely intoxicated and didn't have any control over his ship - This situation could've turned very ugly if the suspect had been able to arm the high powered weapons alledgedly detected on his ship.
I commend the LSF Agents who used their training and quick-thinking to neutralise the threat by forcing the intoxicated pilot to eject.
As for the other incident you brought to my attention, if the same suspect was involved, the Navy officers in question were quite fast to react to the apparent threat by neutralising it in a similar way to the LSF Agents.
Once again, thank you for bringing both of these incidents to our attention, as well as the IFF of the ship this felon flies,

Admiral,
I'm not proud of it - but that I was at that drunken pilot,
I will repeat myself: flying drunk is punished by some fine and by spend some time in sober chamber
but not by JAIL, desrtoy a ship or Death!
And about Liberty Navy Officers behave - they open fire without any warning or justification.
The accident was taken place in separate two weeks.
With LSF in 17.04 and with LN was in 04.05.
The audio log clearly proves that you were heavily intoxicated whilst flying a bomber-class spacecraft.
You were seen flying around in circles and had no apparent control over the ship controls
The Agents have decided that you are incapable to fly your ship - Even to the nearest prison base.
The Agents perform a "forced ejection" manoeuvre on your ship - A measure used only to ensure the safety of other space farers
Therefore, you have accumulated the following fines:
Flying whilst intoxicated - $500,000 fine
Failure to yield to an officer of the law - $500,000 fine
We are also charging you for the cleanup and retrieval of your scrapped ship, amounting to a total of $250,000. Payment can be made to any official LSF, Liberty Navy or LPI officer.
Proof of transfer must be presented here within two weeks of this message.
May I warn you that if this matter is taken to the courts, you are likely to face incarceration if found guilty.

Admiral,
LPI already set me an fine for flying drunk:
' Wrote:I do apologize for my colleague, gets trigger happy with the fines. Since this is a first offense, fines and charges are as follows:
Broken Tail light: 150 Credits.
Drunk and Disorderly Conduct: 500 Credits
And I was fully control the ship controls, I was able to fly all across NY.
Except that my joystick have to jammed when I came close to Norfolk Shipyard.
I do not harm anybody, and I fully turn off all my guns.
So there was no need to use a force by LSF Officers.
And Their actions clearly show their prejudice against my person.
And how You will excuse Your man in second case?
They just shoot me down without any reason.
Since You made a scoring done, let me do also do the Math:
LSF Accident:
- Unique self made ship - 15 M SC
- Equipment - 1 M SC
- Gallic Wine - 500k
- a threat to my life and health - 50 M SC
LN Accident
- Rented ship - 15 M SC
- Equipment - 1 M SC
- a threat to my life and health - 100 M SC
Rounded to your advantage - 180 M SC
Money please transfer to my "Nuuskamuikkunen" bank account.

Admiral,
Am I ask for too much?
In that case - how would You calculate the value of life or health?
Eg, how would You calculate value of Your health? or one of Your man?
How much fine You would put on somebody who
destroy a two Liberty Navy Boomers and put in danger Two Liberty Navy pilots?
All what I'm asking is stop treat me like man of lower category,
becouse I'm a human just like You and Your pilots are,
and mine health and life is as same value as Yours, or one of Your man.
If one of my men flew completely plastered, I'd haul their arse into a court marshal faster than he could say "Bottomsshh up!". Flying drunk is completely unacceptable, especially considering you were piloting a lethal bomber-class ship.
As I said, you are more than welcome to push your luck in court, however, I doubt you'd get far.
The LSF acted well within their rights to execute an emergency forced ejection on your ship, so that matter is wrapped up with the fines that I issued that are still in effect.
As for the Navy incident, your so-called evidence doesn't prove much, if anything. As I said, you're more than willing to come to Manhatten and fight your claims out in court. I do hope you have docking rights with Manhatten...
As it stands, your compensation for both incidents has been denied.
