Is it possible to make a command to droprep someone elses Rep-Sheet (basically a In-Game FR5)
Heres the idea' Your a Molly and your attacking a BAF Pilot near Battleship Essex (Which is BAF Base)
However, the Molly has become Neutral (in some rephack way) to the Base, The BAF Could then use his/her credits to droprep the Molly of BAF
The Idea is, Dropping the Targets Rep of your Own Faction if in this situation...
Is it possible, do we as the Community want this?
Would it be used.. Seems it could be abused, put a 350k Command use on it, so the FLHook takes the money off your account to do the drop rep, so it won't be abused. and the Command won't accept if you don't have the money (that would stop the abuse part of this discussion)
Ideas people?
Thanks Bellck / Richard.Charles
Edit 350k May not be enough to stop abusers because of the Easy way you can collect money, However, this can be discussed below
Yeah......abuse has nothing to do with money.
This tool isn't just abuse possible, would it be implemented it would be mostly abuse.
I mean.....Droprep BMM miner by Essex.
Free ore.

make it a 2/5mil Drop Fee - The Pirate has just paid for the Ore?
Yeah I think leave it to the faction leaders,
I prefer my "target" command idea, where all npcs of your faction (or all lawful npcs of your house if you are police/navy) attack the guy you targeted,
WITH a console msg saying "x has targeted y" so its an rp measure and can be recorded just like somone attacking someone else.
So if say a BAF "targets" an indie trader who has broken no law (i.e. abuses it) it can be screenshotted and dealt with in rp, same as if the baf had shot the trader themselves.

Eventually, the rephacks themselves are meant to prevent such situations, though, it's really not hard to complete a couple of missions with 'some member of the oppositing force' to achieve 'neutral' status with NPCs. And, I'd say that rule 6.10 is meant to ensure that noone will abuse this thing:
"6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by."
So, if you see a player that shouldn't be on so nice terms with this certain faction - go and fill a report. Nothing else you can really do.
On a side note, the idea of ingame command altering someones' else reputation sheet is so abuse-licious, so I'd suggest it as tactic against the worst enemies.

Then make it so its worth alot of money so it won't be abused, 5/10m ? That will put people off abusing it
Money are irrelevant on the matter. Also, as it was said before, it makes a certain sense as a right granted to official factions leaders (since they have to fill the faction right №5 requests anyway), though,an ingame FR№5 tool still stinks. Do you think that official factions leaders aren't humans?
Make sure that only official faction users can do it, and only with the rep of their own faction - and only just hostile enough to prevent docking but not to make everything shoot at the target.

Now there's an idea.
Still fantastically abuse tastic, but getting better.

On a side note, to make it less abusable you need to make it a temporary rephack that will be cancelled once the ship in question docks on the other base or relogs.
