How about staying impartial when you see a Corsair Fighting an Outcast, Like any Zoner would.
I know you are striving for a peace treaty, but how about AW try to act Neutral to both and then work out a peace traty as the Corsairs start to trust AW again.

Again it is your faction and you may do however you may please...

I was speaking of current times. If the TBH accepted a peace treaty we wouldn't take any side at all. We'd tell both to take it out of Theta. If one kept fighting, and the other stopped, we'd stop the one continuing, regardless of which side they are on. As it is right now, we'd shoot the TBH, but would still chastise the Outcasts for having a fight there in the first place (unless we say its okay). If this peace treaty goes through, our policy will be the same as it is for everyone else. We stop them, those that don't are forced to. If both sides continue, we take out the person who started it, then [politely] ask the other to finish his/her business and leave.
