It was done. Finally the friggin thing was done. When Darren Briar and Jeremy Hunter had the bright idea of converting Belokim's Lantern into a night club to boost morale the two probably hadn't realized how much work was involved with renovating the ship.
Lab equipment was taken out and transfered to other vessels, a bar was built and fully stocked, some poker tables went in along with black jack and some other card games. Tables were set up, the interior re-decorated and of course the "Rocking Sound System" was installed. Someone even managed to convert a room to a more...laid back gentlemen's room, and somehow the same person had shanghai'd some of the young female recruits to dance.
The most musical of the recent Order recruits was dragged out of flight training and voluntold by the pair to be the club's new DJ. Not that he didn't jump at the opportunity to do something he loved.
And just like that it was done. 24 hours of non stop work had completley changed Belokim's Lantern. The final touch was to rename it. Tenenet, the Egyptian Goddess of beer, was chosen as the new name for the liner and the club was complete.
Lights flashed, music blared, and the new, green recruits flocked to Tenenet in orbit of Braga to get some down time, either by drinks, dancing, or gambling.
Darren sat at the bar with Jeremy and surveyed their work. It felt good to have acomplished something.
Jeremy then hung a sign over the entrance to each part of the club.
Primary, Wedjat, Cerberus, 63rd eat free; OSS pays quadruple
"There." jeremy said. "Now we're good."
//For the record, I just have procrastinated in doing this due to RL, FL, and my memory.
"Kid," Darren said adressing the young DJ. "Open the doors, we're officially open.
The doors flew open, and Jeremy grinned.
"Ok. Lets see if it was worth it."
"And if inter-house rivelries..." Briar asked.
"They get the boot."

Armand had thought about checking out the new club for a while. It wasn't exactly his style, and he felt like he was getting too old for this sort of thing, but even the most hardened agents need the company of some young and attractive females once in a while. He was off duty, and the 63rd didn't have any ops planned for tonight or tomorrow, so he figured he'd at least test the waters.
At about nine-thirty he put on his most casual clothes and set out for Braga orbit. He entered the club, as casual and confident as he was in his youth, and for all the world he really didn't look like he was 45. "Tonight," he thought, "I'll finally let loose."
