- Genetic pre-disposition to alcoholism, consistently seen to be a "recovering" alcoholic.
- Family history points to what can be "lightly" described as an unstable upbringing which, the writer believes, has played a significant
impact on Mister Kerr's psychological background and history.
- Noted resistance to authority figures, primarily emerging in belligerent conversation habits and patterns.
Physical aggression seems to be a secondary response after a long period of aggravation.
Subject is unlikely to be the instigator of physical force, but is not incapable of acting upon the impulse.
- Subject appears to take on a protective role to persons or things he considers incapable of defending themselves.
While the action does not seem to be ultimately appear to be altruistic in its nature, Mister Kerr does not hesitate to
"level the playing field", in his own words.
- Noted anti-government viewpoints, but Mister Kerr appears to have left the darker side of his youth in the fields of Dublin.
While intelligence agents have noted that Mister Kerr still keeps regular contacts with old associates within the Mollys, field agents have noted that
he does not appear to be any significant threat to the crown, or to the safety of Bretonia as a whole.
By all appearances, the writer of this report can attest to the genuine attempts of Mister Kerr to turn his life around.
