Move char codes! ADMIN

I bought a ship somedays ago from now, in the meantime the player did not send me the codes, i filled a report. yesterday anyway i got a PM with the codes for the char, wich did not work when i tried to move to my FL account. What i'm suposed to do now??? (it costed me a lot of S.C.)

I already filed a sanction report, he answered after that.

The thing is, he gave me codes that don't work and stopped answering my PM's again...
