There is no batch command for much of this stuff. It is quite labour intensive. So as much as I can appreciate how annoying it must be for you to experience frustration as we continue to pursue that ever-elusive thing called perfection, I find the "You're doing it wrong" posts without any suggestion of an alternative mildly annoying myself.
Factions are getting their own sub forum. That is a positive thing (and I say that as former leader, moderator and administrator)
Some of the current forums will also get chopped once we have stuff moved over and find a format that works.
Please keep all official factions in one subforum. It's looking better, is more conveniet and is easier to find what you need. As well as there's way less subforums while looking at forum's root directory.
EDIT: And please change Interspace Commerce's tag from IC) to IC| .

If it wasn't clear enough already, that was my suggestion. Do whatever you see fit, but keep it as simple as possible.
If I say "you're doing it wrong", it's not because I don't appreciate the work you, rest of admin team and the mod team put on "perfecting" the forums. It's just because I've seen more than a couple of forums getting their activity cut down to less than half by adding some "fancy, but unnecessary" subforums which just complicated things up in the end.
Simples Add me as a Forum Admin and i'll help design the Sub-Forums for you, If you want info on how good i Am ask me cause i don't wanna advertise websites without prior authority.
p.s good work on the forums

Edit: Can it be allowed for other factions to Post Communications Efforts in each others Channels? Just an er, Easyer way to do things as Leaders won't have to read through hundreds of Posts in the Communications Channel and just view their own as it would cut down paperwork (time) forum wise and get more people active in RP in Game rather than Forum Side. Just a option

That is what I planned on doing for OSI. A faction contacts us in the comm thread area, if it is something that needs to be done over a highly secured transmission, an in role play meeting, etc etc we'd create a thread for that role play. That way I don't have to dig through 100+ pages of threads to find it later when I need it. Yes, I am pretty sure we can do that as Athenian said a factions sub forum is the factions to do with what they please.
Wow, am getting more shocked and confused by the day.
Though I can see what you are trying to achieve. Keep it all up. So can't wait to see it all finished, it's going to look so streamlined, organised and much more clear.
Note: Can you put in a subforum for the actual Freeports please? I'm sure OSI-, Omicroners and [TAZ] will not mind supporting that. As well as every Freeport operater, Admin, Rep players.
Signature violates 1.7, please resize:

I don't think that is needed, I mean the sub forum part. They could merely allow topics to be created under the Freeport forum itself I dare say. Dunno for sure though, I'm not sure how it is set up.
I'm just taking a guess here but I'd say the subforums like Freeports, Corsair Empire, and Republic of Liberty will eventually get moved back into the faction area. They are simple nesting the faction's sub forums inside a regional sub forum. I assume they are doing this because if they didn't the description on the Factions forum would be a mile long as it was before they created the regional sub forums.
Again, thanks to the admins and the moderators involved in this over haul. I know how much work it is and I think you're all doing a stand up job. If I can think of any more suggestions I'll float them to you guys.
