All of this has happened before, and it will happen again. The Cylons are a cybernetic race on a mission of vengeance. The Colonials will say that we were created by them but that is not so. The Cylons are the true children of God and the instruments of his divine wrath and we will annihilate the human race once and for all. In the first Great War we brought the Colonials to the brink of defeat but in the process lost our path and so ultimate victory was denied us. We withdrew to find our way and in so doing discovered our true purpose. When we returned, we destroyed the twelve Colonies of Kobol and drove the last of humanity into the stars once again. The Colonials began searching for the fabled thirteenth colony of Earth and if they found it the war would continue indefinitely. We tracked them for years, fighting a running battle that began to take its toll on us as well. Eventually, the Colonials found Earth but to our astonishment it had already been destroyed. We found Earth as well, or what was left of it but the Colonials had disappeared. Somehow they had managed to elude us and left no trace of themselves for us to follow. Many among us believed that we should let them die in the vastness of space but a consensus was reached that they must be found. They are far too dangerous to be left unchallenged. Recruitment Requirments:
You must have RP experience and good fighting skills.

You will not retreat. If you die you will just be downloaded again and Raiders are easy to make.
Play fair, no offensive language, flaming, always respect other players even if they do not.
All humans and Nomads are our enemies. However our numbers here in Sirius have forced us to alter our tactics somewhat for it is impossible to destroy all these humans without help. So we will use covert tactics to further open the draws of hostility between the humans of this sector. When the time is right we will move, until then we must bide our time. The Colonials will be given no quarter. And those that help them are also targets. Nomads are of paticular interest to us as well. Follow the servers pirating rules to the law. If they refuse to pay or run, blow them away. *The position that all "Humans" are hostile is logisticly and moraly wrong. Therefore we will have rules of engagment similar to the rest of the community. For RP reasons we state that all humans are enemies even though we will never be hostile to everyone.*

Ranks:
The Cylons are a collective so no cylon outranks any other Cylon. However it has been know that some Cylons have "malfunctioned" in the past and had to be eliminated. Always conduct yourself in the manner of a Cylon.

The potential for PvP-whoring is.... scary. Otherwise, I love the BSG TV show, and if the Colonials can have a clan here, so can the Cylons. Though it might need a bit changing, such as the Cylons realizing that they can't overpower all of humanity, so they decide to open negotiations, like, as you mentioned, the Outcasts. Just a few ideas.
On top of the others points (which are good) You need to join a couple existing factions, and read a lot of RP posts to get a feel for discoveries existing interactions. Any faction made without regard to the other ones will fail extremely quickly.

I agree on all those points. This faction proposal lacks the rough edges that many new faction proposals tend to have when they come from those with only 2 posts under the belt.
Right we have just a minor problem already, you are not terrorists, and you do not go round just attacking any
one, or anything here ... This is not going to work , unless the BSG are your only enemy.
