Nomads, Wild, and the Admin faction are still fully hostile on the PvP server. And as the new Nomad VHF is on a Wild base, you can't unless given permission from an admin.

The new version if 4.84 Beta 4, and it was only released about 15 minutes ago. So I don't think it's the same one as you have now.:P
