Money not received to my char ... help !

Greetings , Admins please help.
my char was suppose to get two transactions of money and its not received yet . I sent one for 456.461.133Credit and then my friend sent 400.000.000 and both of them were not received to BD-Malice.
please help me check becz when i sent it then I lost connection to my ADSL . so it could be an error.

while I am not an admin and I do not speak for them is, the one thing I can say that would help alot with this is, Do you have any screen shots of the transactions, hopefully with timestamps?. Along with , who the credits were sent from and to whom.
Make sure you have the correct spelling of the character names. If you do not have any screen shots of the transaction, as close to the actual date and time would also be nice.

um... how much cash you got now... It may be that you crossed the 2bil credit line. After that, your cash just restarts at 0$ and moves back up
