On our way trough omega 41 we spotted couple of bunter gringos, they were give a chance...which they didn't took.

Slow-roasted zoner shoulder, honey and mustard pumpkin

Method

Preheat oven to 220C. Score zoner rind in evenly spaced parallel lines. Rub a generous amount of sea salt into the rind, then rub in oil. Place onions, orange and rosemary in a roasting tray, place zoner on top and bake for 30 minutes. Cut pumpkin into eight wedges and discard seeds. Mix honey, mustard and olive oil in a large bowl. Add pumpkin and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Reserve. Turn oven down to 160C.

Bake zoner for three more hours. Remove zoner to a carving board and rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Remove onions to a dish; discard oranges. Strain fat from baking tray, place on the stove and deglaze with white wine. Simmer to reduce by one-third, season and strain. Cut crackling from shoulder and cut into small pieces. Carve zoner across the grain and serve with crackling, pumpkin, onions and pan juices.
Serves 8 or more

Ingredients

3.5kg zoner shoulder, with bone removed
Sea salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
5 brown onions, peeled and cut into quarters
1 orange, quartered
3 sprigs rosemary
1.5kg pumpkin, washed
20g honey
20g seeded mustard
20ml olive oil
Pepper
200ml white wine

There you are amigos, an excellent way how to make a zoner dish. Si, if you have been wondering what we are eating lately, I made special notes to our chef Julio so he was cooking us this zoner piece of art.

saw a cluster of 3 miners and 3 haulers in the north asteroids field.
I tried to call for some amigos' help in our channels, but none showed up,
So I just managed to catch 2 of them.
The first one is full of Ores but have nearly no cash left in his account

Situation is following. We took our fighters couple of days before, killed bunch of rheinlanders,bretonians,mercenaries, mollys, liberty, zoner, bowex and similar ships, then we docked to enjoy in some hessian chicken wings.

Today we managed to destroy and pirate couple of rheinland and img ships until our forces were attacked by combined army of hessians, mercenaries and scra. We had mucho fun, whole fight we made fun of Hessian woman who was clearly confused in her ship, we concluded we should give her a kitchen so she can do what she does best. Me hermano's and my personal comment on this situation is following.

El Bisonte reporting from Etna, en route back to Cadiz. The fleet moved into Alpha earlier, what a beautiful sight! We threw some nasty punches on the nose of the Outcasts, but unfortunately I couldn't remain for the entire battle. Hounded a few bombers but there's only so much firepower a Titan can withstand when you've got half a dozen Outcasts on your back, heh. Forced into a retreat. After all, he who knows when to step back will often live to fight another day, si? Reports show the rest of the fleet had a good time, though!
