[color=transparent]__---- Prohibited Equipment Report
Class: Junker "Salvager" Frigate _Name: .:j:.Johnny-Rico __IFF: Junkers _Item: Cloaking Device MK2 Advanced __Qty: 1 _Date: July 17, 819 A.S. _Time: 22:45:08
Notes: Failed to comply with a lawful order to unequip the device or leave Liberty __---- Details are as follows
Johnny Rico, a member of the Junkers Congress requested LPI/LN support at the Texas Jump Gate in New York. The Coral Sea responded, and upon arrival the vessel was seen decloaking roughly one kilometer northeast of the Jump Gate. When asked as to the problem, Rico responded that since Liberty does not allow cloaking devices in the New York system, he wanted an escort. He was corrected in that Liberty does not allow cloaking device outside of LSF and Naval forces and an escort does not change that. He became very impatient and tried to exempt himself by claiming frequent attacks by Xeno forces. After a few minutes of interrogation, we received a report of an Outcast Ranseur's blockade of Freeport 4. Coral Sea immediately entered coordinates for the jump and executed the jump. Upon arrival, no Outcast forces were found. Coral Sea then returned to Manhattan via jump drive, and found Rico decloaking outside of Newark's docking port. Just before docking, he requested details as to who he could request permission for the cloak from. He was given details for contacting Admiral Hale, and informed of his breach of laws of the Republic of Liberty.

COMM ID:VICE ADMIRAL, Rachel A. Baker. TARGET ID:Naval High Command, Mid Command. SUBJECT:Traitors, Spies, the 41st, and even a Promotion. ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:High
Right, I'll make this fairly simple. I was speaking with the captain of a Yacht today called the ECS-Desert.Wind.
I believe this man to be the pilot of the IMG Gunboat known as ECS-Agememnon, based on the conversation he had with me, which seems to be a rather frequent topic for him, like an obsession..it's pretty strange. The man is obsessed with the incident involving "Captain Leam" of the 41st, and our attempt at executing him for treason, desertion and defecting to the Order.
Now, this man claims to know Leam personally, and every time I see him he insists that Leam is still alive, and that I needlessly massacred the crew of the Liner he was aboard when I carried out the order to execute him. So that's fine, that's all well and good, that's no problem.
The problem is that now as of today, I'm starting to grant a little credence to his words, or at least his insistence that "Leam" is still alive.
Apparently not only is Leam still alive, but he's back in charge of the 41st Strike Group as well. This is highly concerning to me and I urge you to keep an eye out for the man...And I urge some sort of consideration regarding what to do with the 41st as well, if their leader is still indeed a man who tried to defect to The Order.
On a last note regarding this incident, I will transmit audiolog transcripts with this message.
Admiral Hale, I'm not sure how you wish to handle this, or what action, if any, you wish to take, but I'm of the opinion that a formal investigation should be launched regarding the entire 41st Strike Group, so that we might get to the bottom of this.
Separate from the first issue, this evening a very abrasive Kempeitai agent by the name of [color=#FF0000]YORI YOSHIDA was encountered undocking from Newark Station near Manhattan, after briefly questioning I ordered him to leave Libertonian space, which I additionally thought he was going to do. However not long after he left Manhattan orbit the Kusari agent began to taunt myself and a Bretonian Intelligence Service agent who was present in an off duty capacity. His name was Austin Goodman. The Kusari man proceeded to tell us how stupid we (the Libertonians and Bretonians) were stupid, and how Kusari and Gallia were going to destroy the Kingdom of Bretonia and eventually The Republic of Liberty as well. Even with that we originally let him go, thinking he would exit our space.
Come to find out, this man went completely the opposite direction and headed into California. We managed to catch up with him in Magellan, Captain Roy Sanders and mister Austin Goodman were the first on scene, with Lieutenant Commander Polstari as well. The men were able to hold the Kempeitai agent until I arrived.
Upon my arrival I began trying to question the Kusari man again, eventually he told us that he was intending to meet a contact in Bretonia, mister Goodman was very adamantly opposed to allowing this to happen, as was I. To that end I ordered the Kusari man to deactivate his shields and surrender his ship, informing him that he would be held by Naval Intelligence until we could determine what his presence in Liberty truly was. It is worth mention that -initially- coming from Newark he told us he'd been hunting a Blood Dragon, but that didn't match up and that is how we got to the end result that we did.
Anyway, the Kempeitai agent declined to surrender and attempted to break away, opening fire as he did so. At this point, Myself, Polstari, Sanders and Goodman opened fire on the Kusari ship, proceeding to chase it through the Leeds Jump Anomaly where we were able to destroy the ship in orbit of planet Leeds itself.
I can provide a complete audio or visual recording of this incident if need be.
Ah, additionally, Recruit Kohaku Ueda, it's come to my attention that you've met your Eight Hour probationary flight requirement, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Ensign, get yourself outfitted with a combat-capable ship to replace your trainer. Congratulations, Carry on.

Reporting in.
As I patrolled with Captain Roy Sanders today, we came across two Rogue barghests at the New York jump gate in Colorado, [DL]Gotdamar and [DL]Sulabar. They attempted to pirate me, for some reason. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish by doing that, but we engaged both of them and destroyed them.
Continuing on our patrol, as we came to Norfolk and the Missouri, we encountered a Rogue werewold by the name of Motomi locked in a duel with a Liberator, who was losing the fight. Captain Sanders ordered me to engage in a duel with the werewolf, and I ultimately succeeded in destroying the pirate fighter. There were no casualties on our side.

Sirs, Ma'ams.
[color=#CCCCCC]Light action only tonight. Finally convinced Missouri to release a Guardian, and it handles pretty well for something with that big a bite. That said, it'd be mighty nice if the engine didn't try to fry the cabin every time it charges, but you can't have everything. Only contact worthy of note was a Rogue [Pirate] Transport [Callsign: [RAF]_Carlo_Pedersoli], who popped up on sensors just behind Cortez. Scans confirmed the transport was absolutely loaded with cardamine. Smuggler Captains must be fond of tradition, because he refused to halt, or even acknowledge instructions.
It went the predictable way. The cargo was also destroyed in the blast, so it's unlikely we'll be receiving any complaints from Coronado.

"Good evening Admiralty...I'm here to report my return to active flight status, I was beginning to think I'd never be back in space...eh, whatever, I'm here anyways, ready to carry out my 'Patriotic duty' as a 'Proud pilot of the Liberty Navy' Haha...God...what a load.. Whatever, before I start to rant, I'm back, Gonna bust some heads and do my part defending Liberty, so no problem.
Anyway, you all know how to reach me."
He grins wryly at the vid-screen, his uniform was noticeably worn incorrectly, and his salute was lazy and more mocking than anything.

Teerin reporting.
This patrol occurred two days ago, sorry it's late. Anyway, for the most part it was just Lieutenant Commander Polstari and me. We ran into a freelancing smuggler and two illegal vessels.
Near Norfolk Station
First encounter was a Junker, a Sol|Hermes, who was hauling Iridium with a Pirate Train. We forced him to drop cargo and leave Liberty. Polstari docked and brought out his transport vessel to carry the Iridium to Denver, then got back into his Upholder. Cargo Scan
Near West Point Academy
The second encounter wasn't even ten minutes later. A freelancer in a "Behemoth" Rheinland Transport by the name of Scipio_Africanus. When we demanded that he was to drop his cargo (passengers), and leave Liberty, he chose to run. Not the smart choice, as we made quick work of his vessel. Again, Polstari had to grab his transport to deal with the cargo. Cargo Scan[color=#000000] - Kill
Near the California Jump Gate to New York
The last was another freelancer, U-Haul, who was trafficking Counterfeit Software in his "Stork" Civilian Advanced Train. He refused to drop his cargo and pay the fine. With the help of SDF-Macross_Police, we destroyed his vessel. Once more, Polstari picked up the contraband with his transport. Cargo Scan - Kill
That was the end of our patrol.
Thanks go to Lieutenant Commander Polstari for leading this patrol and supplying four of the gun cams

Clark Gives a quick salute while smirking
Clark Here,
I took my brand new Grizzly, dubbed the [LN]-LNF-Fun.Fields. Myself and Lt. Commander Alan Polstari set off into Hudson after we both getting unusual reading on our long range scanners. They Registered as AEMF ships. When myself and Polstari both piloting Grizzlies (Polstari's was the Paradise) we found a base in Atka orbit. It was named the AEMF Headquarters. Upon making visual contact with the target and the surrounding freighters we scanned the area then withdrew without making audio contact. I put a call into Command and Admiral Malrone aboard the Anchorage came out and lead the scrambled fleet consisting of the LSC; Shasta, the Dreadnaught; Los Angles plus a few others including myself in my Grizzly, Polstari landed at Houston to see what else we could scramble. As we all know a base in Hudson, in the front lines of our conflict with the Rhienland, a base smack dab in the middle is a security risk. Malrone talked with a AEMF Commander Wolf. He did not see reason and kept saying something about this isn't Liberty or what not. We knew our limitations to our jurisdiction and disposal of this base was most certainly within our jurisdiction. When Malrone gave the word to "burn" the base we let loose a volley of rounds, given how quickly the base went up I'd say the base was a new construction and had not been fully completed or had not had its shield generator installed. The Base went up in id say 30 seconds. I recommend a few patrol wings sweep through Hudson in the next few days and check if they have rebuilt or started up their base project elsewhere in the system. The AEMF call themselves a military and we cant have that anywhere near Liberty. I am transmitting the gun camera footage from my Grizzly.
Anyway i better attend to that Himalayan scale mountain of paperwork you dump on me, I'm pretty sure you have people other than myself for this, so yeah anyway,
Clark Out.
Clark Salutes again then reaches to turn the camera off

Teerin reporting.
The battle with Rheinland in around Badlands today was fierce, but it was a clear victory.
One of the first Rheinland vessels to be destroyed was "BDM|RNC-Brynhildr". As it blew up, I was able to beam aboard several survivors. Since I was in the midst of the battle, I had to take these images later on. Click, click.
Very near to the end of the battle, I was able to destroy one of their cruisers. It was an independent assisting the BDM primaries, named ".:FlashBurg:.". Unfortunately, none of its crew were recovered. Kill.

High Command,
tonight I am contacting you the last time. I have decided to live somewhere outside the Navy, outside of Liberty. I will leave the ship, I used on duty, in the hangar bay of the Missouri. I want to thank everyone, who made me feel like I have a family in the Navy. I will thereforee resign from my duty.
However, I do now realize, it never was like that any time. Good luck to the Navy and good luck to Liberty
That's all. For the last time...
Johnson signing off
