Today, the Liberty assault Battlecruiser Grand Canyon was shot down in omicron minor. The ship was heading back to Liberty space for major repairs and refueling after a long period in space and radiations. The vessel was also carrying precious materials for scientific purposes.
More than an hours ago, it was trapped within the system, all exits guarded by Heavy Order ships. After a long period of hide and seek, an enemy fighter found the Battlecruiser and called for backup. 5 minutes after the arrival of the backup, the massive Libertonian ship was destroyed and its cargo taken away by the enemy. Escape pods on the ship were fully functional and the totality of the crew was evacuated before the explosion. Pods have not been detected by opponents' radars and have reached Alaska to get proper support.
Tomorrow, a small salvaging crew will be sent to retrieve some sensible equipment that could have remained in space after the attack.
My shift begun as a normal day's shift would. A supposedly dangerous patrol of the Texas system, for any Rheinland Military scouts. When I launched my vessel, there was already a tussle just outside of weapons range of the Mississippi. Furious at the lack of any kind of alarm aboard the orbital gun platform, I ran a check on my systems before intercepting the Rheinlanders, already locked in battle with other forces of Liberty.
To my great disappointment, my information feedback systems, target data and the like, weren't functioning at all and I had to dock my ship for emergency and very quick repairs. The lazy technician assigned to my ship found himself with a spanner lodged in his thick skull, whilst I quickly kicked the deck into action.
Fortunately, the problem was more minor than it seemed, and within a minute, I was back in the air. A teething problem with my communications system persisted, but it was no time to sit back and watch the Rheinlanders actually manage to score some kills.
Pulling back the Battlecruiser belonging to Captain Shinzon, I gave the Rheinland strike force of what seemed to be two bergelmirs and one or two other much less durable ships a chance to leave. And of course, in true religeously induced fervor, they refused and continued the battle. With our forces outnumbered and outgunned due to the departure of the battlecruiser, I fired up my weapons.
After a long and frankly disappointing battle, the following ensued:
That sums up my thoughts on the matter. Probably a ploy to drill more of their garbage propaganda into fueling the 'gottkanzler's' war machine, with all the winning even when losing. Oh well, the more that fall into the grinder, the better off they'll be.
Just this morning I finished setting up my Executioner. it is now fully outloaded and good to go.
so I went patrolling around liberty. after chasing off a pirate who wanted to rob a silver miner in colorado, I went to New York. 2 minutes in I received an emergency call from the Utah. it was under attack by an Outcast Destroyer and an Outcast gunboat.
I went over there and found the furrball. it had escalated while I was heading there. a Liberty Dreadnought, the Epsilon was also stuck in the fight. the destroyer was taken care off quite fast. then more pirates in smaller ships showed up. the Epsilon nearly blew me away on multiple occasions. I`d like to stress that gunners should not fire into a furrball containing friendlies. soon I was on my own against 4 pirates, seeing as all our smaller ships were toast.
the firepower on this ship is... eh... how do I put this subtle? not good. still, I managed to melt a barghest all the same.
soon after, I had to retreat: they were over me like a cheap suit. my widdle executioner is undergoing repairs right now. I asked the engeneers to ductape some magma hammers on the side of the hull. they said no. something about dangerously unstable. ppff, what do they know?
With the assistance of Commander Casero, my ship is now ready for operation. On my first day of duty in California, LN-Roy.Sterling and myself encountered the Rogue Blue_Knight in the trade lane between the NY jumpgate and Riverside Station.
Upon approach, Blue_Knight fled into the asteroid field toward Alcatraz Depot. I will continue to monitor the Rogue's activities in the California system.

Greetings ... I expected day without trouble but i was wrong ... too much wrong ... all started with couple of Hellfire boys talking in system comm channel ... we tried to find them but we failed ... after that group of 3 hostile ships 2 Outcast gunboats and 1 Falcata engaged 2 of our pilots i managed to get there in time and destroy Falcata named Kunkka with supernova and finish up CrashOveride ... and gunboat that was there i think fled ... i am still bumped up from fight ... cant remember. With eash of unlawful ship we took out Hellfire boys commented on system comm ... but still we couldn't find them ... in the end we found one and followed him to the badlands and there one more hostile ship ... Hellfire boy left area and others followed Hacker bomber out side badlands where =LSF=Gamma-6 destroyed ship. We all meet up at Norfolk and there we stopped 3 Rheinland ships ... traders carrying Military equipment ... we wasn't sure are they leaving or not about their destination so we escorted them... i dropped out of escort in the middile of way and went back to NY ... i met with LSF-Epsilon at Texas jump gate in NY and while passing lane to Norfolk we spoted hostile contact , known pirate Phate we tried to arrest him but he kept avoiding us and pulled us directly on full force of hostile ships , Osiris , gunboats , fighters , bombers ... how knows what else ... i couldn't count them all ... LNs-Epsilon engaged Osiris and i tried to do some damage with supernova but when our dreadnought got destroyed i hailed for backup and stopped attacking BS ... my primary target were those on my tail ... soon 1 -2 ship arrived but our main force was far away from NY... i managed to destroy one with mine that was following and braghest with supernova ...
but it was too much ... my bomber got destroyed in the and i managed to escape in my pod ... dont know out come of the battle but in the begging they outnumbered us 2:! ... only their group was on same place and our was all over Liberty ... so we were 2 ships against whole group of 15 ships at least ... backup arrived but we were still out numbered ... so in the end ... if all others came in same time they would still be heavily outnumbered
I have some of guncam shots ... but i missed some ...
Admirals, vice admirals of the Navy and LSF, I've received a unique opportunity while on a routine scouting mission to open dialogue with the Order regarding a cease in hostile activities between our two forces.
The recent loss of the Grand Canyon highlights the need for use to step back and look at our options. Liberty can not afford to allow the Nomad threat grow out of hand, while we let petty differences keep us from working with the Organization the most well prepared to deal with the threats.
I invite any Admirals or Diplomats to attend this meeting, either in person (I'm sure the Order would be willing to provide safe escort) or via comm channels.
Busy, it is. today I was doing patrols in texas when I detected 2 suspicious ships on the scanners.
after running some search patterns, I found them. they were 2 secret service vessels of the Rheinlanders or something. A "Wrath" fighter and a gunboat.
I called for backup, but I got no response. then they attacked me. I opened fire on the fighter, and it soon left. the gunboat however, was still shooting at me. I don`t have any weapons that can harm it on my Executioner, so all I could do was evade his fire. he soon found that he couldn`t hit me and also left.
they were near the lanes to Sugarland, collecting data of some sort. no idea what kind of data though. I know I interupted their little field trip. too bad I couldn`t nail the fighter in time. they are slippery devils.
I entered a fight near Manhattan after a call came in about Hackers causing trouble. a mid-size furrball ensued. the Hackers were driven off and I even managed to shoot one down.
then I took some R&R to rest up for the operation of tonight: the interception of a RM bomber wing. we clashed it New Hampshire. it was a long battle, and eventually, with losses on bot sides, only me and Stevenson were left in the fight. we pulled out under orders of mr. Casero. in this furrball I bagged another bogey. that sets my kill count on 3 I believe. it could have been more if it wasn`t for the lack of firepower on my executioner.
on a related note: I have completed 8 hours in said ship.

****INCOMING TRANSMISSION****
[font=Agency FB][color=#FFFFFF]PRIORITY:[color=#FF0000] High TARGET ID: Liberty Navy personel. COMM ID: Admiral David Hale SUBJECT: Operation into Bremen. ENCRYPTION:High.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have an amazing oportunity opening up before us as I speak. The LSF has intercepted Rheinland transmissions indicating they are intending on destroying the Whitefield. Now, the Whitefield has extensive anti cap capability, however it is weak against bomber assault.
I intend on pre-empting this assualt and destroying the RM's bomber wing before it can even launch. The Battleship Westphailia will be out target, as intelligence implies the attack will be launched from there at 20:00 GMT saturday 5th of sept.
In order to catch the RM off guard we shall stage out attack two hours earlier, at 18:00.
The destruction of the Westphailia may allow us to open a beachhead in the Bremen system and move the Battleship Concord through the jumphole.
All available bomber craft not already engaged in operations in Hudson and Bering will be required. Any men or women only recently out of basic will be required to form a fighter escort.
I will be personally leading the operation. I expect you all to go beyond the dedication, fearless patriotism and impeccable discipline I have come to see as standard within the Navy since the start of this conflict.
Details are being sent to squadron leaders.
Good luck.
Admiral Hale out.
****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****
... [color=#FFFFFF]**closing message** ... I moved to Whitefield to meet with rest of the Liberty Navy force ... we waited there and then when time had come we started heading to Westphalia and there it was huge RM force ... we were in the middle of systems ... they tought someone intercepted their message about attack on Whitefield ... how lucky they where there , well we were lucky too but ... if such attack passed unnoticed we would lose BSs ... i have some records off fight there ... auto-record gun-cam ... i manage to shot down 3 ships and after that seems i pulles half of RM fleet on me and finally they shot down my bomber ... after that i floated back to Whitefield but in the end all our ships got shot down or they retreated ... RM outnumbered us in the beginning and we didn't brought fighters ... didn't expect them there... we lost battle but war isn't over jet ... we managed to damage them enough to make them retreat from their plan to attack Whitefield. Maybe it wasn't even a lost battle ... it was a draw ...

Shade Walker

Sorry to be so late giving a detailed reports on the happenings from the defense of Whitefield. I met up with Admiral Hale along with the rest of the defensive wing as instructed at Whitefield. From there we moved on to stage our defense and catch the Rheinland forces off guard. Unfortunately some of our intel was wrong, however; the hostile forces had a sizable wing of fighter escorts.
Malte quickly got over the apparent leak of information and ordered the opposing Military to defend themselves 'lse we'd break through to the Westphalia. As luck would have it, Admiral Hale put the other two fighters under my command and we did our best to provide cover for our bombers, but with little effect.
Our forces began to fall at nearly the same pace as the enemy, and eventually faster. Somewhere in between the furball a rogue Military gunboat came in blast our forces, but was quickly taken care of. Seems Melexa is having a hard time controlling her own men, their loss.
Eventually our wing was down to only four pilots. We began to even the numbers slightly just before Peters fell victim to what I assume was an anti-matter cannon. Soon after Commander Casero ordered myself and Redline to retreat from the remaining three bombers.
the pods of the following were picked up and safely deposited on the nearest base:
Once every life was secure I headed back to Planet Houston to have my vessel rearmed to avoid taking supplies away from the front lines. My guncam picked up some previously missed footage of the incursion within New Hampshire;

On a lighter note I'm hereby turning in proof I've completed my eight hour probationary period
That's all I got for now. Hopefully I will be able to perform the task assigned to me more efficiently.
