Greetings ladies and gentlemen, it's been a while since I've used this frequency but the time has come for me to dig it up out of my address book and announce some rank-shuffling. So without further ado, here is the list of changes that will be happening to the roster shortly:
- Dante Villers, you've been promoted from your previous rank of Lieutenant to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. With this, you may find yourself being promoted further to the Commander rank, should you be chosen by a Captain to perform as their assistant in their field of expertise.
- Gabriel Hawk, you have been promoted from your prior position as Junior Lieutenants to the Lieutenant rank. There weren't many suitable candidates for this elevation, so congratulations for making the grade.
- Armand Vintar, Lachlan Talmont, Gabriel Forge and Jorzza Clark, you've shown dedication and enthusiasm so far, but I hope that you would temper this with the skills necessary to lead in the future. This is your first step up the ladder, and I commend you for making it. You're now Junior Lieutenants.
- Seth Karlo, I'm personally very happy to see you back with us, and your progression through the ranks again is welcome though on the other hand, unfortunate that it had to happen again. As such, if you haven't been made an ensign before this, you are now. Welcome back.
On a less satisfying note, there are some demotions and removals that I also have to mention. They are as follows:
- Captain Robert Meechum has been placed in reserve with a minimum two rank demotion upon return. We had high hopes for your ideas in reconstructing our special operations task forces, but your prolonged absence has forced our hand on this matter.
- Jennifer Kelly, you have been placed in reserve as well, again due to prolonged absence. However, unlike the former Captain, you do not occupy a position of significant responsibility, so no demotion will happen upon your return.
- Roy Hollywood, James Flinte, Scott Williams and Clyde McDonald have all been removed from the roster. Large amounts of bureaucracy coupled with priorities elsewhere prevented this from occurring, but there should be no surprises here.
Additionally, Captain Catherine Raven, your position is under review. We are aware that your ability to perform your duty has been reduced to nil over the coming days due to circumstances beyond your control. However, the fulfillment of your responsibilities prior to that point were not what we would expect from a Captain. Upon your return, we expect to see good things from you, not least of which is the organisation of fighter training that the High Command has been receiving many requests for.
Captain Matt Smith, your position is also under review, for much the same reason as Captain Raven. We have not seen you fulfilling your logistical obligations and you have been all but invisible in the Liberty Navy, despite holding such a demanding rank. We expect this to change immediately and especially for you to take a more active role in recruitment and helping new recruits to find their feet.

A long overdue letter of apology, and a request.
Hello. That was the first word I mumbled upon entering the recruitment office of the Navy a long, long time ago. The frail, shy girl I was back then has been changed and twisted by this world into the wizened cynical bitch you see in front of you now. I won't tread lightly with my language as I full expect to be stepping down after this communication anyways.
Some of you may hate me ~ yet some of you may love me for my antagonistic sense of humour. However, I have no doubt that in my years in and out of the office and upon the field of battle, I have helped, inspired, even befriended some of you. However, I can handle this no more. The pressure of helping to manage the Navy alongside the memories of my losses throughout the years has finally grown too great. We've all felt it. We fight alongside our comrades, and the next day they are swiftly taken by us. Friends, brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers too. Lovers, some of us have had taken from us. These losses are a part of life that are omnipresent but unacceptable, and I can overlook them no longer.
Consider this my letter of resignation, David. I haven't been capable of fulfilling my duties for the past few months and I don't foresee myself willing to take a step back into office at all. Ever. Yet I do not want to sit on my laurels until you are forced to have me removed and my name plate torn off the door. No, you saw this coming as much as I did. I'll leave quietly, simply because the respect I have for you, and the rest of the members of this valiant Navy is far too great.
You are all wondereful, you are all amazing, you are all talented. The Navy is a diverse range of skills and people, not simply a peacekeeping force. You have character, you are not emotionless killing machines. I do not wish you to pretend to be so. We may take a lot of flak, both metaphorical and literal, but never forget.
That person in the ship flying next to you in formation to patrol round Liberty space, bathed in the light from the glorious New York inferno that lights up our hopes and lifts our heart, that person goes throught he same experience as you. They win and lose battles, they gain new friends and lose old ones as suddenly as a tremor can shock a city. Yet they feel the same as you. Take solace in that fact.

Additional promotion;
It's my pleasure to announce that Joshua Ashfield, previously a Lieutenant Commander, has now entered the ranks of the captaincy, replacing the removed Robert Meechum as the Special Operations Captain.
However, it reached my ears that you were, previous to meeting a certain Aleesha Cooper, quite the heartbreaker, and generally an inconsiderate idiot. While you hid this from me admirably, and the same person also told me that you've changed since meeting your partner, I'll be watching you closely from now on.

Evenin', Sirs and ma'ams. Got the call from the office a few weeks ago to move to Westfalen. Can't believe we've captured it, but it's there, and I joined in with the sizable force moving in the region.
I joined Captain Redline of the Honey Badger and two Gunboats in a strike run...that went bad as a sour pudding real fast. The Rheinlanders had wind of us, and they had some greeting force. The Liberty Dreadnought Gladius Maximus was quickly crippled by the force...lemme show you what it was composed of.
*He presses a few buttons, and a few statistics come to life*
It was lead by this.
We lost most of the strike force, but I managed to retreat to Westfalen.
Might be impertinent...but lemme tell you one damn thing, the Rhienlanders are there, and they're pissed. We might need more to survive out there.

With our aquisition in Hamburg of the battleship Westfalen, we have extended our supply lines significantly. In order to regain full functionality of the ship we will need certain supplies shipped to the Hamburg system.
As such I'm ordering a full mobilisation of the Liberty Logistical Wing (LLS) to run supply. The following goods are required.
[font=agency fb][color=#FFFFFF]
10000 x Crew
100000 x Superalloys
100000 x Ship Hull Panels
100000 x Engine Components
I fully expect the Rheinland Military will be attemtping to blockade the routes to the Westfalen in an attempt to regain the ship. This will mean that transports will require escort. Unless these goods are delivered within seven days, our ability to hold the position we have gained in the Hamburg system will be severely hampered. It is of the utmost importance we hold the Westfalen.
okay there ya go. i will indeed try to make more reports i just get quite alot of flight time so when i land im tired and i hit the rack and forget to submit the report

Update on the Hamburg supply situation. We now have sufficient crew on board the ship. They are now just waiting for the various repair materials to arrive.
There is no need to deliver further crew members to the Westfalen.
