.....An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. A trade of mutual value. The Liberty Navy has upheld their end of the trade, and now it is time to repay the favor.
Within recent months, a new asset has joined the Gallic war machine. These new vessels, dubbed Bombard by the ESRD, have so far appeared few in number, and as such, we do not have very much detail regarding these new targets, and any debris recovered yielded nothing noteworthy, besides the sizing of Archer-Class Siege Cruisers. However, given the Council's proximity and footholds deep within Gallic space and holdings, we are requesting any current knowledge of these assets, in order to develop new, more efficient methods of defeating, and possibly disabling, these hostile assets.
We request that the Council does not deliver these intelligence files over the Neural Net, due to the risk of interception.
We await your response.

Operative Cerberus,
First, I'd require some specification regarding the size of your navy's Archer-class Siege Cruisers to make sure we both think about the same thing. I prefer preventing misunderstandings.
Furthermore, since you requested the information not to be transferred over the Neural Net, I'd like you to specify through which means do you request to acquire the information, whether or not through a personal meeting et exchange of data, et if so, when et where should one of us meet one of you.
Sincèrement,

.....We have something better than schematics, which got denied for disclosure, as expected. Whatever has kicked the hornet's nest in Orkney has brought all of the Royal Navy out of the woodwork. I'm shocked to see that they brought Valor-class warships to handle a small skirmish, but the distraction gave ample chance to see one of these Bombard in action again. Unfortunately, the initial report of what this vessel resembled was very misleading, but hopefully the guncam, provided it was not ruined in the exfil, will serve as a better replacement.
This will be the only data transfer over the neural net. Any information you can spare will be offloaded in hard data to Operatives at a predetermined location, away from prying eyes.

Operative Cerberus,
I see now which ship you mean. An agent of ours will be on Barrier Gate Station with the requested information, arriving sometime within the next ten days et staying for a maximum of two or three weeks. He will look for your men in the meanwhile.
