I wouldn't have to remind you that the nature of this transmission is the property of des Büro under secrecy classifications, and as such cannot be used within any court of law or presented to the public all under reasons of treason against the state. If you don't understand that, I'm very sure the next CEO of ALG would be much more understanding.
While my evidence reports are only working off a single image from foreign intelligence it seems that the state is left it down to me to investigate what to present to the federal government. While I am happy to create a fully truthful report as much as I can with the evidence it was given to me, I'm not happy about the only thorium MOX supplier having their assets and financial ties frozen, the other corporations cannot meet the demand that the MND and by extension, the BDM requires for its Flotilla's.
Therefore I'm going to make a deal, the Büro will try it's best efforts to put a positive image, if not neutral image of ALG amongst the matter of Aland when I have to present my findings and opinions concerning this case to the Bundestag, and as for further insurance I will also see about transferring a number of funds towards offshore accounts and to also assist in that the company financial records are to be altered to ensure tracing these funds will be difficult to near impossibility. As such all I ask in return is a very small amount of private funding towards the security and research efforts of the Büro against the real threats to the public of Rheinland. The sum of which I will leave the decision to you.
This is all I have to offer.
From,
Direktor Geoff Enfield
Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts, Oberkommando
Good day to you, Mr Enfield. My name is Helmut Weinstein, director of ALG's Division 5. Officially the designated "corporate security division", colloquially what you might call ALG's analogue to the Büro. I'm afraid President Atzenbruck wasn't able to respond, and she forwarded this communication to my department; I imagine she is quite busy in hand-to-hand combat against curious reporters.
If you're a competent intelligence agent, I'm sure you're aware that the accusations against ALG won't have legal, or, if you care about that sort of thing, moral standing.
However, the political climate is dire indeed, and it's possible that Ms Atzenbruck's testimony will be twisted in unfortunate ways; I'm sure you've heard a recording of it by now, if you weren't present in person. I may have had some small suggestions for her speech, but I digress. It has been spoken.
We have a substantial amount of non-traceable funds in materials and physical bonds and assets to facilitate an arrangement. For the sake of our house, I would hope we reach a solution quickly. As far as I'm aware, ALG has a nearly complete monopoly on certain ship construction elements, beyond the fuel you mentioned. If we do not act soon, the house will grind to a very ugly halt.
Regards,
Helmut Weinstein

ALG Waste Disposal
While your finances are frozen and I understand your operations within Rheinland are currently boycotted to Federal contracts. I'm going to provide an offer to you that I'm sure ALG's salvaging experience can cover regardless of the attitude on paper. The BDM is currently stretching its budget at war time as it is and we're going to need creativity on our side, we're after some large portions of Donau class vessels to hopefully restore a complete cruiser for our use and a lot of intact components are found within the Bering system in close proximity to Battlegroup Harmony's area of operations, but the BDM has a solution to this.
Contract payment for this salvage will be a total of $150,000,000, Maybe for once you can finally get around with constructing a ship. If you accept this contact offer, I'll be in touch with more details.

Direktor Geoff Enfield

A very interesting topic you bring up, one which had me re-read some of Research and Development Division's old files. As it turns out, they recovered a Donau-class wreck, missing nearly the entire bow section, but otherwise largely intact, and intended to rebuild the vessel with Daumann assistance.
This projected was initiated years ago, and due to souring relations with Daumann never yielded the desired results, although it's my understanding that R&D continued to work on the remains of the vessel on their own.
It may be time to pull some of their technical examinations from the archives. We should also be able to retrieve specific salvage you've located in Bering; Harmony has laid claim to wreckages of Libertonian origin in the debris fields, while leaving Rheinlandic salvage to us.
Given the political climate, my preferred choice for a common shipbuilding project to take place would be Wichter, far away from prying eyes.
Let me know the details, Mr Enfield, and we can get to work.

Helmut Weinstein

ALG Waste Disposal
Good, currently we reviewed a manifesto report on the wrecks within Bering from the Harmony battalion harbouring up in that region, they mostly accumulate from the post conflict that Rheinland faced against Liberty within the Tanner belt. While its probably much easier to construct a new vessel by contacting the other corporations like Republican or Daumann, I'm very sure that recent news reports and relations between our own local businesses have been quite tense as of late and as such we'd rather hold business from them. Our current goal is to secure two spesific vessels, those being 2 Hel Class pirate cruisers and 1 Donau Class Cruiser. While Harmony were most excellent at providing a brief list of all floating wrecks within the system, they unfortunately don't have a dedicated observation team in overseeing the exact path to repair. Here's the manifesto that concerns this vessel type:
11x damaged cruiser class vessels
- Presumably 9 Donau class
- Presumably 2 Hel class
8x heavily damaged cruiser class vessels - drifted apart
- Presumably 1 Tirpitz class (Possible use for components)
- Presumably 5 Donau class
- Presumably 2 Hel class
The Tirpitz class is not what we're after but its components do share some with its smaller cousin class. Anyhow, ALG is more known for its resourcefulness and I'm sure that kit-bashing a few components together with some tender-love-and care with some fresh repairs could result in a readily available vessel for Agency use. I'm sure anything inside those Hel's could use some new equipment all together since they are a priority.

I'm Marika Hornik, director of Scrap and Waste Management for ALG, we've received briefly-worded instructions from Division 5 regarding wreckages in the Bering system. We've retrieved a great deal of wreckage from both sides of the conflict, and we have isolated vessels we consider suitable for your purposes.
These are as follows:
Donau-class Wachau, core missing, moderate bow damage, light aft damage
Donau-class Laibach, core unstable, light exterior damage all around
Donau-class Oberlaa, core missing, completely open starboard section, light damage otherwise
Hel-class Freiwirt, core unstable, heavy bow damage
Hel-class Weite Lüssen, core missing, internal explosion with little interior damage
We have also found your targeted Tirpitz, the Wiedstatt, and have towed what remains of the ship to Bristol. In the ever more hostile political climate, I advise you to move quickly. All of the aforementioned wrecks have been salvaged according to standard protocol. Our technicians will work alongside the BDM's to restore what we can from what we find, as well as secure funding from the extraneous components we can sell. Please stay in immediate contact, the board wishes to hear constant updates on your situation.
