If you're having troubles with the Wolverine (I have it elited) try playing with the JagdTiger :|. Crap armour (unless you are in hull down, but extremely hard to pull), arty magnet, inexistent camo and an unusually huge ammount of 0 damage shots. Also, every third frontal shot kills the engine and sets the tank on fire 8-|.
Also just unlocked the AMX12, and it seems fun to me. And the Priest...:3333

Aye, my M10 Wolverine is elited too, its become my favourite tank because I consistently get kills, until I'm swarmed by a pack of light tanks. My turret is just too slow, even with 93% crew.
Ferdinand is still proving to be a glorious death machine. I'm starting to build a collection of screen shots where I'm looking down my Ferdi's scope to see around 4-6 dead tanks tightly packed together.
Used to have that collection too. Ferdinand is made of win. Used to instill fear like no other thing, seriously considering to re-buy it.The JagdTiger is getting more disappointing by the day. Take a little advice: don't waste your cash on buying the JagdTiger. (I'm keeping mine, but mostly because it's a very sexy tank. I almost never play with it, however.) And if you don't believe me, at least try it out on the test server first. Will save you a lot of headaches;).
I'm finally getting good with the damned M24 Chaffee. I was in Minsk and decided "don't rush or go in the open, support that Pershing!"
And I did.
I spotted an enemy Hummel, took a shot at it, and it exploded. I still can't believe I one shotted a damned Hummel! Then things got hairy with the arrival of three VK3601H in the train yard. But knowing they'd think I'm easy pray I turned around while firing to annoy them and follow me for the kill. Big mistake.
The Pershing I was supporting quickly reacted to my plan and proceeded to surgically destroy two of the three tanks, leaving the other stunned and hiding, I proceeded to seize the initiative and flank him. I think I managed to jam his turret and engine since after one HE shot he stopped moving. The Pershing rolled in and cleaned up for me.
After that, the enemy heavy tanks pushed up and came towards us, we both backed off sharpish to get a better firing position, unfortunately and enemy T-34-85 snuck up behind us and tracked the Pershing, me naturally annoyed, I swung around behind the T-34 who was concentrating on the Pershing, I shot him multiple times up the read that caused him to be heavy damaged, and then finally shot by artillery. Nice. Save a Pershing, save the girl.
Looking back, I've been playing the Chaffee completely wrong. The Chaffee isn't a scout, its a scout from Team Fortress 2. Whose sole role is to get on your nerves, getting their attention, just so friendly units can clean up after you tick them off. Also NEVER be caught in the open, the Chaffee is agile and durable, just don't get tracked. ;):ylove:
Bought an E50 recently, and been playing with a friend (Manuel Smith on these forums) who also has an E50. It's a bucket of fun! :3
And the new replay system is fantastic. Let's you see your battles from all kinds of different angles. Also acts like a new form of penis waving . So yeah, why don't we post some battle replays, I am really curious to see you guys fighting.
Edit: if you don't know how the replay work, just go to "Settings" and check that "Enable battle recording" box. It will save battle replays in your installation folder. To open a replay, just double click on it, when the game is closed. Basic commands will appear when you first open a replay. It's as simple as that.
That battle was my finest moment in that tank, sadly, I didn't get the final blow but I distracted a very real threat for my team, and I cannot believe how poor that tank's aim was. I was thinking "How am I still alive?".
Very nice matches you two enjoyed them both. Soban, you really make me want to buy an SU-185. And Fletcher, you make me miss my good'ol Sherman, and even more so the E8. Cheers.
Here, I'll share another one. Not much special about it, but I -almost- killed the Courier:D.
