Guten tag, this is Vizeadmiral Hans Putzkammer, current commander of Rheinland forces in omega 3.
The war in Omega 3 is one of self preservation for Rheinland. I hope you understand that your government's reaction to us embargoing military vehicles for Bretonian corporations was drastic. We had even just started allowing [Convoy] personnel to transport military vehicles when this mess started. I also hope you can understand that Rheinland cannot accept the Bretonian aristocracy's one key demand: The restoring of rights for their trade companies to buy and ship Rheinland military grade munitions. While we might have been willing to negotiate before, and did so successfully with [Convoy], their cutting off of Rugen from Rheinland, and following armed enforcement of the embargo has led Rheinland to take the position that supplying arms to the people shooting us would be foolhardy. Thus we have been forced headfirst into conflict, seeing as the Bretonian aristocracy cannot drop that one key demand even after days of negotiation. A conflict for the protection of Rhineland assets in the omegas as well as protection from the apparently mad government running your country.
That being said, we have no quarrel with the peoples of Bretonia. We understand that this seems to be the fault of your ruling body. Therefore, we would like to do anything we can to help the people of Bretonia regain control of this madness.
If you would accept, Rheinland offers to support you and your men unconditionally in your struggle for justice and freedom.
