Sons and Daughters of the Enclave,

For some time it has been known to us that a shadow looms over the horizon, one that is quite real to the many of us that live here out on the edge of Sirian space. Even in our times of greatest peace and prosperity, we Virulians have done well not to forget that constant danger and perils lie just beyond our walls of safety. For remember the great council of the saints, that it is for our betterment that we are met with trials and tribulations in our future.

It was not too long ago that we fell victim to the powers of the Phantom Empire. For they were a mighty plague released upon us, and it took its toll greatly upon our brothers, sisters, husbands, wife, children. Nevertheless we persevered, we triumphed, and we now look to see the power of the Phantoms beaten back. Once more we stand tall against those waves of destruction and look it into the eye, with defiance.

My children, the refiner's fire grow in heat once more as we are pitted on yet another path of conflict. Again we are to be tried and tested against a new oncoming storm, one that will cause the Phantom menace to pale in comparison. This threat from beyond stands to bring all of Sirius in its iron fist, and rule in tyranny. Whether we be Corsairs or Outcasts, to them it matters not. Whether we claim allegiance to one of the great Sirian houses, to them it matters not. Whether we find ourselves enlightened by the voices of the creator, to them it matters not.

For this shadow that looms beyond the horizon bears the mark of evil, and the intentions of naught but rule with an iron fist. Going forth from its iron fist is a symbol that is ironic in its beauty, but stand for nothing but evil. The three pointed flower, the singular symbol that is born on this evil's banner, is their sign of hate. Look to it's coming, and be wary of all whom bear this mark. Our eye must remain ever vigilant.

We know that this looming threat can not be contained, trifled, or even dealt with by our hand solely. The might of our great defense forces are exuberant, but in the comparison of such unbridled hate, they will stand as nothing but speed bump in their aggression. That is why, my Brothers and Sisters, we are tasked with a very special mission. A mission that is endowed by the Creator. A mission that will not only keep us Virulians free from bondage, but keep all of Sirius free from the rule of the Gallic threat.

My children, we must look to the great houses of Sirius for support. We must venture deep into the core of human localisation and take note of what can be done to turn the eyes of such powerful nations to the looming shadow on the Horizon. We must do all that we can to bring to bear, the arm of all free people of Sirius to the knowledge of this threat, and prepare them to repel the dangers of the deep.

Go now, fly as fast as the solar winds shall take you. With purpose we must come to unite all of humanity to this cause, by whatever means. Fear not the words in which you will need to speak, for the Creator will guide your hand, your tongue, and your mind. Trust in Him, and all will be well. We have weathered a storm before, and we shall do it once more.

May the Creator watch over us all.
