"Greetings from Liberty, I am Peter Tannor of the Liberty Revolutionary Front, we represent the former membership of the Liberty Shipyard Workers Union, the Colorado Miners Union and the Detroit Munitions Laborers Union and the Liberty Worker's Party. As our fight is not with the Freedom Fighters of Kusari, but with our own Internal Corporations who have a stranglehold over the Liberty Government through massive amounts of bribery and blackmail I would like to make it clear to the Blood Dragons that we have no intention of intruding into your space nor spread Revolution to the other houses aside from aiding our friends in Rheinland.

Yet we are sympathetic to your plight as the Samura Corporation is ruthless in it's dealings with Sirius and the degradation of it's worker's basic rights of Safety and Pay, while I realize an Alliance is out of the question for both sides as our interests lie in different areas I would propose thus;

A) The Independent Systems of Kepler and Galileo is to be a 'Neutral Zone' between our organization's interests, neither side shall attempt to remove the other as long as both sides do not attempt to enter the other's House of Interest.

B) Both sides have the right to destroy ships of the opposite side should they be found in their House of Influence. (For the Blood Dragons: Kusari, for the LRF: Liberty)

C) Permission to enter said House Space must be granted by the High Command of the group whose influence resides within said House, failure to do so will result in consequences as outlined in B).

D) Corporate Interests of Kusari and Liberty are free to be assaulted within the Independent Systems as they are counter-productive for the Organizations opposed to the House Governments the Corporations represent.


This will not be an Alliance, but affirmation of Neutrality and hopefully prevent mishaps that can occur from both sides, may your fight with the enemy bear fruit and the dismantling of the Corruption both House Governments occur soon.
