Its a very well made signature, not to complicated.
The character is cut out very good, i like the effect of her grabbing the ship, but as some people have mentioned before, half her body is being burned away because of the engine, or atleast thats the effect it gives off.
I think maybe that the logo could do with a little, clean up, and the bevel on the text i dont see as needed, but its up to you really.
