On my way through Shikoku, ship name "13137162011-Boetje" (Ageira ID holder) encountered a Kusari Transport, "Transport-A7:P-19T" (IC ID, no IC IFFF) hauling Gate/Lane parts. He had no affiliation with IC, therefore he was not allowed to haul parts;

Boetje was having a malfunction with his Cruise Disruptors and was unable to stop Transport. We chased Transport to the edge of Shikoku where he docked at Ohashi Border Station. I stood guard and called back to Pueblo. They dispatched SF|Black-600 to my position, and I was on my way.
