Guten Tag dear Officers,
this is my first report since Oberst Schulz granted me permission to setup a Rheinland armored transport. This freighter is named [RFP]Geilenkirchen. Although intial tests in Halle went gut, the reality showed me and my co-pilot, that the Ragnar is inferior in terms of combat against fighters and especially gunboats.
Therefore the Geilenkirchen has been delegated mainly for training in Halle system and supervision of freighter traffic near planet Hamburg by me. I think this is the best way how the Ragnar should serve the Bundespolizei until my co-pilot and I become experienced with the Ragnar.
Anyway, I still have a Phantom light fighter for patroling Rheinland.
Todays patrol took me around our main system New Berlin, especially around Dortmund and Essen station. This part of our Vaterland seems to be a turnstile for many smugglers.
I encountered at least two vessels, that were flying under an ID of Deep Space Engineering and were violating cargo restrictions. The first one was a vessel called CCCP_Evilkrank. This vessel had loaded luxury consumer goods in his cargo. **
The captain of the DSE vessel was ordered to drop his cargo, but he refused and docked at Dortmund before I could revoke his docking rights. I thought that I would not see this rogue again and resumed patrol to planet New Berlin. Just a minute later the sensor network told me that the CCCP_Evilkrank was in space again, this time with a Freelancer ID. *
I ordered the captain to pay a fine to the Bundespolizei for his violation of law just earlier but he refused to comply, threatened my life and opened fire on my Phantom. While battling this criminal I called for reinforcements. The RNC-Ostsee responded to my call. In the end the RNC-Ostsee's support meant that the CCCP_Evilkrank perished. *
Besides this incident I encountered another DSE vessel named Cawa carrying diamonds in his Boderworlds Transport. **
Although I ordered the captain of the Cawa to drop his cargo he refused and instead docked at Dortmund station has since this not been seen again. *
I highly advice to register this vessel for the criminal data base.
Continuing my patrol took me to Hamburg and back to New Berlin. On my way to Bonn station I met an IC vessel named Spoiler in a Bretonian Shire transport hauling superconductors. **
Informing him about the cargo restrictions of IC vessels he claimed to have smuggled these superconductors out of Liberty. I doubt that he did that as he was flying from Bonn to Dortmund. I ordered him to drop but he refused to comply and fled to Dortmund station. Although I ordered alle stations nearby to revoke docking rights for the Spoiler the captain somehow mangaed to hack into the docking procedure and could land on Dortmund. I have attached the communication protocol and guncamshots of this incident. *****
The captain ot the Spoiler should be noted for the Rheinland Criminal Data base as well.
Later on I landed my Phantom and took the Geilenkirchen for training at Halle. On my way to the system the sensor network showed that an IC vessel called Randy.Leveron was traveling in Rheinland. This vessel was involved in the incident with MM~Shushi who was able to neutralize the Geilenkirchen earlier on. Kadett Stone has already mentioned this in his report.
Calling Kadett Nic.Becker for assistance we tried to pursue this vessel but he escaped in the borderworlds so we had to stop our hunt. With this I landed on Konstanz to end my shift.
