Man reclines, inhales deeply by that time closing his eyes and reclining head.
- Yah do have a good taste. Reminds me the first salary party. Back in the days when Ah still knew mah name. During time salaries were reducing and became too low to make bigger parties or supply own Mining-Ship construction in the shipyard in mah case. Finally, it only became enough for food, work clothes, taxes and space rent in shipyard's storage facility - where all the finished stuff waited their owners to take them out into the space. In less then a decade it became object for life student presentations - uncovered mechanics, gears, main skeleton... The beauty Ah sold few years ago. But it's still there - saw it with mah own eyes few weeks ago. Anyways, back to the name - at work no one calls Yah by name. They just press the button on the right gunners cabin number and says to mine. Or if captain is drunk - asks if this it's a good spot. Couple of years and majority of workers began to quit - looking for a better job, usually becoming gunners on transports and trains. Only few of them are still alive, gets reasonable pension and probably lives on some Spa&Cruise liner. Ah stayed cause Ah loved the job: Yah can be trigger happy as much as Yah want. New guys were calling me an old miner and soon, same did the ship captain. Salary got raised a bit, but same did the mining machinery prices. Years after years, changing workers, even captains... Finally, a database crash and Ah couldn't retell them mah real name...So they just typed "An old miner" in there...
Shows his old closed electronic "Mining Ship Crew" type ID and the new one to the lady.
[color=#A9A9A9]- Why do Yah even care, it's still just a name. Silver's not Yah real name either, now is it?
Silver yawns about 7th time by that time, finishes the glass and waitress puts an unopened bottle straight from the fridge on the table.
- Seems yah have trained these waitresses well in here. - man giggles a bit - And favorite underwear color is gray - darkgray to be exact. Yah wash them with all the other clothes in old washing machine with cheap washing powder and it doesn't seem to change color.
Man calls the waitress.
-Got any food in here? Sure Yah have... Maybe some pancakes with minced meat inside?
- Rare order... You're lucky it's cook's favorite recipe from old grandma's recipe notebook. Will take nearly an hour and Yah gotta pay in advance.
-Strong woman... Well alright then.
Man takes wallet out of his pocket. Reclines and asks:
- What the hell - shakes head - how much did Ah drink yesterday?
Waitress giggles.
- Enough miiiner, enough. - she giggles again - Alright, this one's on me.
- Ah rarely drink that much. But when Ah do, friends say it's bartenders dream - Ah pay with most shiny card, letting them keep the change. Will need to get some new cards now... Ah don't like keeping bank records on places Ah visit.
Man yawns this time too. Zod begins to snore.
- Seems Yah aren't the only bored of old man stories. That man with large mug is asleep already.
Man in the corner stands up walks out of the bar leaving all the stickiness behind. Zod wakes up. Miner shakes head a bit.
- Even dead men walk these days.
Waitress giggles and adds when passing by with drink for another table.
- They can snore too
- Or that... Ah should get one of those hearing aids for good...
