I can see a couple of problems here.

1. You used the word 'give.' We don't often give.
   
2. And leading on from that you've offered us exactly nothing.
   
3. Who, exactly, are you?
   
4. Why should we care?
   

You see, you kinda need to give us a half decent reason here. We give you those guns, and guess who whoever you use them on takes offense to?

Yeah, I thought so too. So, what makes that risk worth it to us?

Frankly you, whoever you are, promising to take care of our weapons doesn't really mean much. I can keep them here and take care of them myself prrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeety well, minus the chance of some whacko beating down the door and bludgeoning me to death with them. Minimal risk, anyway. Unless we're talking about- You know what? Nevermind.
