Gates,Lanes,Docking Rings etc

Ah, that's the catch. The other houses can't go and redecorate the Gates/Lanes. They would need Ageira/DSE to do it for them, which would cost billions and billions of credits for something which would have no functional value.
Edit: Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying the Houses don't have enough money to do it.

So Ageira can built other types for Houses;)
Sometimes a different design is needed, otherwise it is boring or not?
