No, dyson sphere isn't going to be used for that. It was rendered uninhabitable due to the energy grid malfunction that was caused by opening the hypergate. There are still nomad NPCs flying around though. The hypergate doesn't function either since it was prematurely activated. As for the homesystem, well, I don't want to spoil the surprise. Nomad Light Fighter is publicly available, previously it was at Freeport XI but since the 4.84 release it was moved to Planet Primus in Omicron Kappa. Anyone can buy it, however you are still bound to the ID you have as regards the PvP. Which that ID will be is up to the player. Before the faction time I had my Nomad characters that used Lane Hacker ID and tag for several months. So it's a bit tricky situation here, personally I had to politely explain why I had those to every person who has asked about them. It's annoying at times, especially when someone was demanding explanations while you was in fight, but it worked out. Also people who were harassing by sending hostile PMs or "discussing" your roleplay in system chat in OOC (I wonder, where did they go now?). Suffice to say even at it you are mostly on defense actually since when you roleplay nomads you are most probably get shot. Also, before the faction has become official the only two planets I was able to land on were Primus and Gammu, so it's a good idea to dock only at those two when you are on a trial period.
