Outcasts were attacked earlier and killed on several occasions, in fact on the same day as when Corsair attack on Alpha happened. We have our own concerns and interests as well. We have no allies but we have our preferences in targets based on the threat level of opposing sides. Should be noted that Nomads aren't mindless-random-target-killers. We choose targets carefully and attack what and when we decide to. Additionally I would like to put that Corsairs have long time got into way of the Nomads by making alliance with the Order and pushing forces back into Iota.
