The Leadership Ribbon is a decoration worn by most experienced officers of the Rheinland military, who earned it by showing long-term leadership skills on the battlefield or during patrols. The Leadership Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

The Military Service Ribbon is issued as a fair recognition of the time and experience a soldier possesses within the ranks of the Rheinwehr. The service ribbons are meant to make to distinguish the levels of experience an individual pilot possesses. The Military Service Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.

Reconnaissance Ribbon
Gathering intelligence without engaging the enemy forces is just as important as the process leading to their destruction. Soldiers are encouraged to lead incursion wings with enhanced scanners to hostile territory, laying low and gathering intel on hostile fleet movements and installations. If the gathered data is deemed valuable, the Oberkommando issues a medal to the participants of these successful operations. The Reconnaissance Ribbon is divided in bronze, silver and gold.
