That's another point which should be addressed.

Generic IDs, such as Pirate IDs which employ unlawful ships in combination with green-to-weapon tech, should receive little to no penalty. 85%-100%%: For example: Pirate ID+Werewolf+Sammel = 95-100%. Or, example: Pirate ID+Werewolf+Nats=85-90%

In Dubstep's case: Pirate ID + (Sabre? Civvy) + Hellflurries (hacker) maybe on the low end of that nerf, 85-90%, due to minor inclusion of BW-civ ship.

85-90% as pirate ID with civ ship would be more than reasonable. Only reason for 85% would be hellflurries+kusari civ tech. You might lose some prowess, but not much, because of skill. Unskilled players who spray would find this nerf still rather hampering, but it wouldn't render even them powerless.

This is falsely assuming by numbers, but play testing ain't my job (which should have been done in detail already).
