Well, it doesn't happen often, in all our time we went past the cloud in Alpha to battle was just this. Another big battle that happened a while ago was inside the cloud and never went outside. I just don't see what's the fuss is all about. A single battle took place outside of the cloud and suddenly people jump in, no statistics brought in, nothing. I've seen other factions raiding Iota/99 far more often than once, but do I come around and point out where people should stay? No. Waste of time. Enjoy the game and have fun, like we do.
So, to sum it up: for most of the time we hang around in system in that list. Once in a while we get outside, events like Newcastle or raids, again that's what most do around. Where is there a problem?
