This would potentially skew balance against other transports too. PTrans wouldn't stand a chance against things like Shires, Uruz' and Bisons. Then again, that's kinda the point, I guess. That's a fairly good idea.

If the entire Transport class receives an equal buff, things within the class shouldn't change (at least not much). It might increase the gap between different models though, but that's something I could live with. It might encourage people to use the battletransports/Ctranses.
