With my current employment status being NOT employed (by choice), my sleep patterns are well out of whack.
I wake about between 9am-10am have breakfast, mess around for an hour then go back to bed.
I then wake up at 2:30pm (set my alarm for that) and do whatever needs to be done.
However, I'm at the point where the not working thing is starting to get to me (and my bank balance), so I'm attempting to get my sleep patterns back to some sort of 'normal'....... but what the hell is normal anyhow?
