Looks pretty good IMHO, but a couple things that make a little more sense.
in NY systems
maybe switch the Barghest from Buffalo to Alcatraz and move the Mule to Buffalo. Makes more sense to have a lower-level ship available in NY
Move the Kadesh LF from Colorado to Texas (BS Mississippi), closer to Rheinland.
in NL Systems
I thought the Waran was a BorderWorlds ship, not just RH unlawful
I'd also like to see the Miner somewhere in Leeds, maybe replace the HeavyLifter on Planet Leeds?
If the HeavyLifter needs to be in Bretonia, it could be moved to Planet Cambridge, moving the Hussar to ... BS Norfolk? can a BPA ship be on a BAF BS?
Finally, the camera ship can be sold at a zoner base somewhere (pick one). Same maybe for the marsflyer, or make it an order-experiment?
Otherwise it looks good. I'd like to see a Liberty bomber instead of Ageira, but that's another issue. Good work AoM and the others.
