That depends entirely on how Kishiro is going to behave.
On terms of GC/BD making territorial advances: I think it goes back to vanilla lore that these two parties rely on hit&run (or sometimes hit&die) tactics to hurt the lawfuls. No occupying bases and such. And I'm also fairly sure that the support for the GC and BD has become smaller in favour of Kishiro. There are only so much people with an anti-Samura attitude in Kusari. (Also, how did the GC ever like Kishiro more than Samura? Both are corporations led by men. The rest should mainly concern the dragons)
