The latter, and we will be taking steps to fix it in 4.87. Main problems are:
- Gallia can't fail on anything. This created player resentment. Gallia will have some setbacks too...
- Gallia is isolated. Only really one way into it. That too will be sorted out, with likely a direct route into Kusari, one through Tau 23 and one through Lewis (or that direction anyway, Lewis itself might kapoof). For unlawfuls, the Omicron connection remains.
- The huge, and numerous systems will be toned down. The various empty, semiguard systems will simply disappear. Double lanes, vertical lanes and whatnot will also be sorted. The idiotic amount of turrets will be removed.
- Privas will be retconned into nonexistence.
These are just a few points. Gallia -can- work, but it needs to be more in step with the rest of Sirius.
