While I do appreciate that you put such great efforts into improving the game, I think they would have been best invested in something else than this. For example in making NPC collisions less annoying, or helping to spread important RP knowledge with bar rumors and infocards, improving the docking of large ships with trade lanes, and above all, making player ship docking work. I strongly hope that the dev team will invest much more time into fixing these issues before moving on to 4.87, into advancing a storyline which 95% of players dont care about. I know some may classify this as "traditional whining" on my behalf, but I also think that it was a mistake th reward the rather aggressive and insulting "whining" of some players, some of who are now under bans of indefinate length for that behavior, with 100% power cores for SRP ships, which again... is simply not fair towards players who were not there at the right time and who dont have the right connections.
Aet: Tempted to refer you to the link at the bottom of the first post... Anyway. Infocards are in their final config for 4.86, with only minor changes being made for events now and then. Docking of ships won't improve until 4.87, it requires MASSIVE sweeping changes to how ship mass and engine power are calculated. As for the misstakes of the past, I won't apologise for them. Will just try not to repeat them. That goes for both the storyline and SRPs. I'm already talking to a number of factions, getting them involved into writing the storyline for 4.87.
In short: This is the last major task for 4.86, after that we start work on 4.87 and this version - including all it's annoyances - will be as is.
