3.: Can you explain this one? "FA/Hogosha vs Corsair tech: 75% due to ship size vs weapon effectivness". What`s the reasoning here? I heard a few good points about this in Skype. But i want to hear the opinion of the Dev team about this one.
About the Rep hack: Well, there should be many many more Factions rephacked towards the FA as they are now.
The Bretonian Privateers for example shouldn`t be able to dock at Farmer bases.
Aet:
1 - Both techs are Samuran produced, sold to quasilawful factions allied with eachother. Bottom line: It's easier to manage that way. Both factions get a bomber and a fighter. Both factions get to use the Raba freely. Both factions get a second gunline to use freely. It made sense to set it up that way.

2 - 'Cause the FA official faction did not request Kusari Civilian tech in their submission. Can still be changed, of course.
I am certain that i requested this one. Can`t proof that because the thread is gone.
3 - Black Dragon with Tizonas and codes is one of the reasons we instituted the techmix nerf plugin in the first place. It's a vastly overpowered combo. See the notes at the bottom of the techmix nerf config - Black Dragon plus faction with good weapons is ALWAYS 75% max.

If there's changes needed to the FA rephacks, just post which fields to what. Be aware those tend to be mirrored, so if you have folk going into Bretonia, keep that in mind. I kept them largely at neutral-ish since I figured the FA would be helping Kogen out with smuggling runs.
You figured? That is a bit irritating. Maybe you ask the FA next time. A simple pm is not that hard. Or even a forum post like you did with the Blood Dragons? But still i make you a list of my wishes.
Aet: Right, I'll wait for the new values then. Thats why the topic has the word "Draft" on it. Nothing's set in stone yet. Get me the new values you'd like for the techmix and we'll get that sorted. Also check over the reps from and to FA to see if I made any misstakes there.
Wether you agree with the balancing restrictions or not is irrelevant, they will be applied. The alternative would be to size up the black dragon and limit it's maneuverability - and make it another generic fighter. Doubt anyone is looking for that to happen. Sorry for trying to think about what would be logical for your group - I'll default to "pirate red to lawful" next time.
