So, um, why can't Red Hessians, Unioners and LWB use Rheinland Civilian ships?

Aet: Because when we requested input from the official factions on it, neither of them made that choice. It can still be changed though, just have the official faction lead drop a note here. Figured some of them had overlooked this.

Note dropped, add them in please.
The LWB should lose the Molly Cell for this one.


The Unioners could lose the Bundschuh, Red Hessians and Junker Cell in exchange for the Rheinland Civilian one and the HF one upgraded to 90% as I requested it back then (at least if I remember it correctly :s ), the HF should be fine with the Unioners using their technology at this nerf rate.
(Guess the LR Cell can not get to 90% because it would be totally OP to have an Arbeiter with their guns.)
EDIT: Look at what Bloodlike just posted, we just dicussed and agreed on that one.


Aet: Unioner and LWB adjusted as requested. You're right on the LR cell, most factions requesting LR tech won't get the gun at 90%.
