Luxliners and Yachts are siriuswide civilian... no house tech needed there. Which ships that fall under the Rheinland Civilian tree is OSC so damned interested in anyway? Aside from the RAT, the Behemoth, the Uruz and the Colossus there's not much there. These are industrial transports that do not suit OSC at all. If anything, they might need access to Bret tech to get the Bretonian Royal Liner in their fleet, but even that's debatable.
