Junkers - our only bases are sensitive research stations, I don't think we really want those intergalactic skeezeballs docking them? suggest 0.55
Aet: Going by that line of thinking, noone except DSE and Ageira should be able to dock at Pueblo. The standard line of thinking is that the docking bays are less secure then the rest of the stations. Besides, Junkers need Pharmaceuticals too.
