Ok so we'll use it at 10% regen. But does it make sense? For a Rheinland branch of a Sirius Wide corp to have a 10% powercore regen on a Rheinland ship? We're Rheinlanders, but we get a nerf on our own ship, even if our corporation is Sirius wide.
