The Ministry tell me they have requested that Police postpone base registration fees until the matter can be resolved by yourselves and the government.

The Codex amendment of Eight point eight was made in good faith before Police introduced any fees, as a means to more efficiently ensure base safety and legality. Under government advisement, we have had to remove article eight point eight from the legal codex temporarily, until a mutual agreement can be reached.

I am sure that once a dialogue is initiated, the matter will be resolved quickly and we can restore eight point eight.
