Ohayōgozaimasu Captain Alan Polstari, quartermaster of Liberty Navy. I will bring this matter before the government, but as things stand the law does not permit foreign military or navy vessels to move freely within Kusari. This has been the case for the last three cycles at least by my count.

Just as kusari naval vessels are not permitted to patrol liberty space, so too must we restrict foreign military movements within our own space. Even the Military of our closest friends are not permitted free movement within our House.

Added to this is the complication of Gallic and Rheinland traffic, which creates potential for: not only violent engagements within our House; but intelligence risk on all sides '€“ which I am sure no-one desires.

Liberty corporations are still welcome within Kusari and are still visit here often, as Kusari corporations travel to Liberty daily. Until anything further is agreed I pray they are sufficient for your current needs.
