What a day.
If I told you that a small group of LWB upstarts outfought the vaunted packs of Rheinswehr Wraiths that have stymied us and even the Hessians for so long, would you believe me? Because this is precisely what happened today.
A summary before I submit my guncam and communications evidence; The entire skirmish occurred outside Stuttgart's Jump Gate, Neu Berlin. Even though the LWB were outnumbered, they still refused my aid when offered. Only when a secondary fleet member of the Rheinswehr ventured to the scene did they assent. So I took this particular one on.
After a brief flurry, Kurt Thomas (who displayed the frightening lust to entirely deplete his stockpile of mines and countermeasures long before the battle was over) clipped one of my more conservatively placed Nuclear Mines and regrettably was depressurized. Shortly after, the two LWB piloten had somehow, by some miracle, beaten back all three supporters of Rheinhardt.
I suppose this is what happens when a demographic of people is neglected and trodden upon for too long. I had always thought, stereotypically, that the LWB were poorly-trained and armed. I suppose it really isn't true at all.
Afterwards, I ventured North to Sigma-13, where I surprisingly chanced upon a detatchment of The Order.
Upon learning that the man I was speaking to was in fact the "Grand Admiral" of the entire organization, I showed due respect appropriately. They told me to meet them at Eltmann Outpost; I arrived there several minutes before they.
There, they told me of a "Hans Eckard", who they claimed concretely was an underground Infected member of the Rheinswehr, Das Wilde, for a simpler term. They stated that he was amongst Rheinlandische "Officials", so I presume he is-- Was a man of stature. I advise we keep an eye out for such a man...Thing.
Afterwards, I escorted them to Munster Research Station, within the Bremen system. Just outside of the Jump Hole to Frankfurt is an odd base denoted "Depot Sony"; I have already attempted to hail any administrator of the station. I am submitting the files now. The Tide may be turning, finally, in some small way.
Oh! Also! Admiral Golanski said to contact him if anything is needed. Vague, but helpful.
