KNF and Sigmas

liberty IMO would have no say what so ever not even the slightest bit, rheinland would slap them if they tried to go near the sigma's (due to the brink of war they would not let a possible staging point that can lead into they're main system go)

i think there would be 'slight' chance rheinland would agree to them being there, i doubt they would have much to fear what with the bretonia/kusari war. even IF kusari tried anything they would be stomped on from a joint rheinland and bretonia force.

but the fact of the matter is, without the players sigma 13 IS a very well fortified area that the GMG DO protect very well. the exact same fight i spoke of earlier with the KNF in 13 i had 20+ npc's on my ship, 20+ npc's shooting on another npc is as good as dead. essentially IRP most transports still get through to kusari, with the odd ones (the ones we do) getting taxed or destroyed if refused. so they would have no REASON to patrol 13 what so ever.

but i will not disagree on them going in to 13 to secure routes for traders to be safe or coming in to assist a friendly transport etc
